Q1: Are there any charges for delivery?
A: Delivery is free for orders above $100! For more details, visit our Delivery Page.
Q2: Can I adjust my delivery time or location once the cake has been dispatched?
A: Once your order is on its way, we cannot modify the delivery time or address. If no one is available to receive the cake, it will be redirected to the nearest Gokulraas Cakeshop for pick-up. Refunds are not available for perishable products.
Q3: Do you deliver to remote or restricted areas?
A: Some locations, like Sentosa or Changi Airport, are outside our delivery zone. Please refer to our Delivery Policy for a full list of restricted locations.
Q1: Can I cancel my order after I’ve completed payment?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot process cancellations once payment has been made, unless there is a mistake on our part. Amendments can be requested at least 3 business days prior to the delivery date.

A: Keep your cake in the fridge to maintain freshness. We recommend consuming it within 2-3 days. For cakes with durian, they should be kept in the freezer.

A: Cakes can be stored in the freezer to preserve freshness. Before serving, allow them to thaw for 30 minutes. For durian cakes, thaw for at least 1 hour before enjoying.
Q1: Are your cakes suitable for Halal diets?
A: While our cakes are not Halal-certified, we do not use pork, lard, or alcohol in our baking process. Feel free to reach out if you have specific dietary concerns.
Q2: Do you offer cakes without eggs?
A: Yes, we offer eggless cakes! However, please be aware that they are prepared in the same facility as cakes containing eggs, so trace amounts may be present.
